Lessee needs to provide 1 month advance and 2 months deposit for total of $18000.00 before they can move in

The deposit shall not be reimbursed by the Lessee to the Lessor. The deposit (1) month shall answer partially for damages and any other obligations, for utilities such as water, electricity, monthly association dues or resulting from violation(s) of any of the provision of this contract.
